In 1993 she earned a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano, with marks 110/110, discussing a thesis on the fiscal system applied to company mergers, supervised by professor Gianfranco Gaffuri.
After graduation she dedicated herself to legal work and to the study of tax law. From 1994 to 2011, she worked with attorney Prof. Paolo M. Tabellini, one of the most authoritative experts on tax law. In 2011, she took part in founding the law firm Bidoggia e Associati.
Since 1999 she has been on the Register of the Lawyers at the Court of Milan. Since 2005, she has been registered on the list of lawyers qualified to operate transfers in accordance with art. 179-ter: instructions for the enactment of the Code of Civil procedure. Since 2011, she has been qualified to practice at the Court of Cassation.
As a specialist on that matter, she held classes, seminars and examinations at Università degli Studi di Milano (1993-1999), Università di Trento (2001) and Università di Pavia (2000-2011).
She has held such positions as councilor, auditor or liquidator at a number of companies. Moreover, she is a member of the Revenue Committee, or Committee on Tax Justice, of the Lawyers of Milan.
She is the author of many publications on tax issues and serves as lecturer in panels on fiscal matters.
She brings to the table fine English, both spoken and written.
She was among the founders of Koiné, in 2019.
